Karen, the lone survivor of a killing spree, has been living in fear of her would-be murderer's release. Her worst nightmare comes true when a judge declares the case against teenage serial killer Basement Jack a mistrial, and ordering his release. Soon, murders bearing resemblance to Basement Jack's old MO occur all over. Karen realizes that her only option is to find Jack and ends it. So the hunt begins.
