Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes what information Infuse Releasing, LLC ("Infuse") collects about you and why, how we use and share that information, and the choices we offer.
This Privacy Policy only applies to "general public/site visitors" who do not currently have a business relationship with Infuse. Other than the information you voluntarily provide through our "Contact Us" or "Submit Your Film" forms, we do not collect personal information from general public/site visitors.
When you use the "Contact Us" form or "Submit Your Film" form, you consent to a two-way communication with Infuse. We will use the information you provide to respond to you and, where applicable, to pursue or manage any resulting business relationship. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we share it only as described elsewhere in this Policy.
When you are provided a special log-in to enter our secured user area of the server, you have a business relationship with Infuse and we will collect, retain, and use the information you provide for agreed business purposes. You are not considered a "General Public/site visitor," and any additional confidentiality obligations applicable to your submissions or our discussions will be set out in the separate agreement governing our business relationship with you. Your browser may use cookies to make logging in to our website easier (such as by remembering usernames and passwords).
For users who access our secured user area through a special log-in, we may gather information such as the date, time, browser type, and IP address through web logs or log files, which we use for internal security audit logs and system administration. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies, and we do not track or target the browsing activity of general public/site visitors on our website.
We DO NOT share your personally identifiable information with other companies, apart from service providers who help us operate our website and business, who agree to use it only for that purpose and to keep the information secure and confidential. We will also disclose information we maintain when required to do so by law — for example, in response to a court order, a subpoena, or other legal obligation, in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosure is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property. We may share (provide and receive) aggregate information, which is not personally identifiable, with others. This information may include demographic data such as geographic location of groups of users, but will not include personal information (such as your name or email address). We may use aggregate demographic information about our audience to improve our services, among others.
By accessing and using the services or information Infuse provides, you consent to our use of information about you in the manner described in this Policy. If you do not agree or do not consent to the use of your information in these ways, you should not use the services or information Infuse provides.
Our website may also, from time to time, provide you with additional opportunities to select the communications you wish to receive. You may change your privacy preferences — for example, choose to stop receiving certain communications — by informing us of your new preferences. We will be able to honor your new preferences most quickly if you inform us of them by following the appropriate instructions in any communication you receive from us.
DATA COLLECTION FROM CHILDREN
We strive to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
NOTICE: Visit http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/tech/tec08.shtm for information from the Federal Trade Commission about protecting children's privacy online.
