Jay is an ambitious car salesman dreams to one day own his own dealership. Unfortunately, Jay's boss, Dick Stevens, refuses him a partnership. The dealership is in jeopardy when Dick s wife Candice catches him having an affair and she vows to divorce him and take everything from him. Jay sees an opportunity to get a piece of the dealership but must follow the sleazy unwritten code of the car business to see his dream come true. While scheming up alliances with both Dick and Candice, Jay meets Dick s beautiful daughter Andrea.
