A city is transformed from a normal metropolitan community into a nation under siege. Bio-terrorists have unleashed a plague, and people are transforming into flesh-craving maniacs. Safe in his studio, radio talk-show host Logan Burnhart is the lone voice of the city and the only source of information -- but soon the radio station comes under attack and it's a race against time to save his family from annihilation.
